چکیده

We deal with the extraction of fetal electrocardiography (ECG) signal from raw ECG signals mother by beamforming- based algorithms. The foetal sensors bring out containing information pregnant and infant. Detailed separate are already provided instruments; but for some specific studies related to infant conditions, it is necessary improve quality a dedicated processing. In this paper, four techniques, enhancements, proposed perform processing; we have applied following techniques: Least Mean Square (LMS) adaptive noise cancellation technique, Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT)-based Empirical (EWT) Multiple Signal Classification (MUSIC). LMS MUSIC pertain beamforming approach. techniques were used decompose identify different elements constituting source (mother's signal) Multivariate Mode Decomposition (MEMD) technique. was adaptively decomposed LMS, DWT according optimised parameters extract hidden components signal, such as features, QRS, heartbeat etc. results showed that more effective in identifying removing useless noise. 30-year-old healthy woman, which allowed verify their applicability. present research leads below main contributions among others: separation foetus mother, highlighting functional state heart rhythm (heart rate heartbeat,) can show us if has malfunctions.

Recovering Information from Summary Data

We formulate this task as an inverse problem, specifying a well-defined cost function that has to be optimized under constraints. We show that our formulation includes the uniformity and independence assumptions as a special case, and that it can achieve better reconstruction results if we maximize the smoothness as opposed to the uniformity. In our experiments on real and synthetic datasets, t...

Recovering motion information from luminance.

We review evidence that visual transient channels responding to temporal change of luminance provide inputs to motion mechanisms, and also play a part in judgments of static brightness. These channels can be adapted to give after effects of apparent dimming or brightening. Nonlinearity in these channels causes a sawtooth grating to look dark (or light) while it is moving to the left (or right)....

A fetal electrocardiographic electrode.

A FETAL ELECTROCARDIOGRAPHIC ELECTRODEt Although it is sixty years since the first fetal electrocardiogram (FECG) was recorded by Cremer,1 it is only in recent years that attempts have been made to improve the FECG signal-to-noise ratio so that FECG configuration changes can be evaluated and the FECG used as a reliable trigger for automatic fetal heart rate (FHR) counting circuits. While the FE...

Recovering Missing Depth Information from Microsoft’s Kinect

This paper presents a technique to estimate missing depth information obtained from the Microsoft Kinect. Due to the limitations of the depth sensing technology used by the Kinect, a significant loss and noise incurs when capturing depth information. The paper describes the steps needed to go from raw depth, as captured by Kinect, to a point cloud representation of the recovered missing data. O...
